Bending Mother Nature Over

Since I’m building a new deck area for the soon-to-be Dobe puppies, a little gardening opportunity lead to Espalier-style.

This is the ancient art of trainning trees to grow in defined patterns, up walls, etc similar to Bonsai only real-size and good for fruit trees like Limes. Reminds me of that one guy maybe in California who grew trees with loops and squares in them by grafting and other techniques to create a surreal forest.
